1000 5th Ave San Rafael, CA 94901

Art Coordinator Ben Berzon will present an engaging talk exploring the historical significance of mid-20th-century political posters, with a focus on Revolution propaganda. Through these works, he will highlight how visual art was used as a powerful tool of communication and influence during pivotal moments in history.

The mission of the nonprofit Museum of International Propaganda is twofold: first, to acquire, preserve, and exhibit political art produced during the 20th century; and second, to help the public better understand its historical and cultural impact. Through exhibitions, educational lectures, discussions, films, and publications, the museum examines how political art has shaped history, influenced culture, and projected power in ways that continue to resonate in our lives today.
