Overview: The 2025 movie The Running Man, directed by Edgar Wright, is a sci-fi action film based on Stephen King's 1982 novel, starring Glen Powell as Ben Richards. In a near-future society, Richards enters a deadly game show hosted by a ruthless producer, Dan Killian (Josh Brolin), to win money to save his sick daughter. His defiance turns him into a fan favorite, but also a major threat to the system, as he must survive being hunted by professional assassins while the events are broadcast to the public.

How video description works: 

• Audio track: it is a secondary audio track that is added to the original movies audio.
  
• Timing: The narration is timed to fit into the natural causes in the dialogue, so it doesn't interrupt the main audio.
  
• Difference from closed captions: While closed captions are for people with hearing impairments, video descriptions are for those with visual impairment.

What a video description includes: 

• Setting: Descriptions of the environment where the scene takes place.
  
• Actions: Narration of key actions and events that are happening on screen.
  
• Visual details: Information about characters’ appearances, such as their clothing and body language.
  
• Facial expressions: Descriptions of facial expressions and emotions to provide deeper context. Graphics and text.
